I accept payment via e-commerce platform ‘STRIPE’: all seamlessly connected to the secure client booking portal. In order to secure your appointment booking, credit card information will be kept on file when your account is set up, and payment will be processed 48 hours in advance of your booked appointment. Upon attending your session a clinical invoice/receipt will be issued at the start.
48 hours notice for appointment cancellation or rescheduling is required, otherwise there will be a full charge for the missed session.
As of late September 2012, counselling services provided by a Registered Social Worker, can be claimed as a medical expense tax deduction when you file your income tax. Registered Social Workers are now authorized as a category under ‘Medical Practitioners’ for the purpose of claiming medical expenses.
